GMFS Service Partnership

Objective

The main principle that underpins the GMFS service partnership is the commitment of all partners to always maintain the required capacity and constantly look for improving the existing capability by bringing in additional or new expertise, expand the portfolio and look for complementarities. In doing so, the Partners are committed to the idea of “open service partnership” principle.

The principles for this Open Service Partnership are documented in the "Open Partnership Protocol". It defines the the working rules of cooperation and working practices that all members commit to follow to implement GMFS activities, including:

How to become a member?

If you wish to become a member of the GMFS service partnership you have to

  1. Agree and abide by the terms and conditions provided in the "Open Partnership Protocol"
  2. Submit your written request to become a member to the Chairman, accompanied by the follwoing information:
    1. Company details (full name, registered address, business locations, VAT number, person authorized to represent the company, articles of association
    2. Contact person: name&first name, telephone, fax, e-mail
    3. Supporting documents of your added value for the GMFS service partners
    4. Two duly completed copies of the Application form

A copy of these documents is tobe provided to the following parties:

Upon execution of the above formalities, your request shall by evaluated by the General Assembly. The decisions of the General Assembly to accept of reject your request ot become a member of the GMFS service partnership shall be communicated to you as soon as possible.
